WebBy "board" I assume you are referring to the FC? This isn't a function of the FC, it is a function of the ESCs that control the motors. Firmware for the ESCs can control the startup tones. Only particular escs and firmware can do this. Also, the sound isn't coming from a beeper/buzzer, it's actually coming out of the motors themselves.
