To do this, we immediately prefix the octal number with a minus sign: Webfind . -type f -exec chown : {} + find . -type d -exec chown : {} + as each time chown is called with as many parameters as fit on the commandline. That change works for other commands, that don't have a built-in recursion option like chown, as well.
