WebDec 26, 2024 · Danny Hodge, perhaps the greatest amateur wrestler in the history of the United States, and a long-time professional wrestler, has died. He was 88. For the last number of years, Hodge had suffered from dementia, and had not been out in public much. The Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in Wichita Falls, Texas, noted Hodge’s passing.
