I am able to post Photos using the Graph API to the album and then manually go and hide a newsfeed post resulting from the timeline for the Wall. Is it possible to do this at the time of posting the Photo itself. WebIf you don’t like the idea of everyone on Facebook being able to see the photos you’ve been tagged in, you can hide them from your timeline. You can tweak your privacy settings and limit the audience for the respective images. For example, you can allow only Close Friends to see the photos or posts you’ve been tagged in.
