WebSep 22, 2024 · We installed a Hikvision DS-2TD4137-50/W PTZ camera. When pulling the camera in via ONVIF the PTZ icon is present in the VMS, but it is not working - zoom pan and tilt. When we select a preset position in the VMS the camera moves fine. The camera is running on the latest firmware (V5.5.45) and our VMS version is V5.0.0.35270. Web1) Check if PTZ works in camera’s admin page or not. 2) Check “Universal camera” module’s settings and try different preview URLs to check if one of them provides PTZ. 3) Can you see PTZ option there?
